Subscription renewal of 👑VIP paid with PayPal needs to be deactivated through your PayPal account. Here are the steps you need to follow to cancel your subscription renewal:
1. Log in to your PayPal account on the website or via the mobile app.
2. In the top bar, click on the “Gear” (Settings) icon to access your account settings.
3. Go to the “Payments” tab.
4. In the “Manage automatic payments” section, select “View.”
5. Find the service for which you want to turn off automatic renewal and click on its name.
6. Click on “Cancel” or “Turn off automatic payments.”
After doing so, the automatic subscription renewal will be turned off and no more payments will be charged for subsequent periods. The subscription can be cancelled at least one day before the next scheduled payment without incurring additional charges.
Please note: Account cancellation does not automatically cancel subscription renewal. To turn off automatic renewal, be sure to follow the steps listed above in your PayPal account.
Please note that it is your responsibility to monitor renewal payment due dates and deactivate your subscription. Deactivating renewal only cancels future scheduled payments for that subscription, but not payments already made.
